- This sounds disgustingly good: You can make a gummy version ... of YOURSELF.

- Long read -- the price of a Lego. Interesting stuff if you have the time this weekend.

- Because everyone loves Ira Glass as much as I do. And please check out this etsy because there are Abraham Lincoln pillows and a SERVERUS SNAPE PILLOW. I am dead.

VALENTINE. SCHMALENTINE.

Today is Valentine's Day.

Shocker. I know.
I am not a big fan of Valentine's Day. I guess because I'm usually alone and it highlights how single I am. There was that one year when my then-boyfriend bought me a book about John Wayne Gacy. Yeah, his idea of romance was buying me a book about a serial killer. Needless to say, that relationship didn't last.

Here are some Valentine's Day related things for you to enjoy today. Whether you're with that someone special or you're alone - we can all enjoy looking at hearts on the internet.

- I love Meg's nails over at Radical Possibility. Also, check out everything else on her blog because I honestly am contemplating just showing up to her place and moving in.

- Want to cry? Watch this adorable Pixar short and sob along with me.
- Still haven't wrapped the gift for your honey? Check out these DIY's for wrapping.

- Basically... this is how I feel.

- This is the best post on not only Valentine's Day, but on ASKING FOR WHAT YOU WANT IN RELATIONSHIPS BECAUSE THAT IS THE ADULT/BEST THING TO DO.

- Organization tips for a better 2013.

- This looks amazing, but $69.99?

Weekly Round-Up.

Pumpkin Keg? I'm thinking yes.

Great video on procrastination - you should definitely watch it later.

This Dos Equis display is at my store and allegedly, it's also somewhere on reddit. I'm kind of amazed that a real life person from the internet came into my store.
If you can't tell, it's the Most Interesting Man in the World upside down and caught in a spider web.

LOVE ISN'T REAL.

This is why Pixar is the best.

I "made" my mom a chocolate cake for her birthday. Lesson learned - there's a reason I don't bake.

My happy nephew came over and we sang "I'm the Baby - Gotta Love Me"and then he peed on me.

I don't think my mom would approve, but you can buy this on etsy.

Things From This Week.

- Sticking to a running schedule is super hard. Especially with all my family members needing to be a different places on different days with constantly changing times.

Best Bad Lip Reading yet.

- Although I didn't watch the debate, here was a good drinking game for it. Who's going to make one for the Vice Presidential one?

Things From This Week.

Will I ever get sick of this song? I'm beginning to think no.

This article explains my feelings about being told to smile as a woman.

Proof that I'm right - I always say that when a guy texts me a :-), he's older than 25.

A West Wing Reunion. I love it, even though I still haven't finished season 1. Woops.

things from this week.

I agree with Kevin Drum - having an introvert in the White House can be a good thing. Good to know the President, like me, isn't a big fan of people.

Well, this is a bummer. And it takes all the fun out of drinking red wine.

Finally watched the pilot of The Mindy Project on Hulu instead of sleeping - I highly recommend it!

The scariest tumblr I've ever seen.

The Alleged Rise of the Woman-Child: A Response was the best article I've read all week. I suggest you read it too.

There goes my childhood. Another great movie ruined by CGI.

Finally, beer & wine in the Magic Kingdom. I was just in Disney World last year and I drank malt liquor for breakfast before going to the park. I kept it classy.

things from this week.

One of my favorite features of blogs is the link round-up, so I figure I might as well give it a shot.

There is a store in the works to sell these - I don't know whether to be amused or mortified.

Here is a recipe for your own Butterbeer and Pumpkin Juice. I definitely plan on trying this.

A great post about football and the inner dialogue we have while watching it. I can say that I feel the same way, but I know when the NFL starts back up, I'll be watching my Dolphins lose...erhm, I meant play.

President Obama and his daughters watching FLOTUS give an amazing speech.

Some of the best advice for undergraduates.
