I've been super excited to read this book. And after watching the first few episodes of The Mindy Project, I was even more psyched to read it. So, needless to say, I finished it in one evening.
I've been on this weird Ghostbusters kick and it was great to see Mindy say she'd love to do a remake - as long as she's the one to say, "I ain't afraid of no ghost."
It was refreshing to read a book and really relate to the author. She spoke candidly about her struggle with weight - which is a topic that is constantly on my mind, but never on my tongue. And about her struggle to find her way to where she is now.
It is a collection of essays, essentially. And it's funny to read. She's witty and smart and definitely relatable.
I actually regret reading it so quickly because now I don't have anything to look forward to.
